James Wallace
Hi, I’m James
People often tell me I’m easy to talk to and that things feel less pressured when I’m around. I don’t rush conversations or fill silences, and I focus on what actually helps someone feel safe and settled- especially when life feels overwhelming.
My approach to support is shaped by lived experience in mental health and psychosocial support, and I try to keep things respectful, practical, and genuinely helpful- not rushed or overwhelming. I focus on building trust through consistency and follow-through, not intensity or push.
I’m comfortable supporting people with everyday decisions and tasks when things feel hard to manage. We’ll keep things practical, work out what’s manageable, and then actually follow it through- together.
