In our recovery journeys, support hasn’t always been about goals or ‘capacity.’ Sometimes it’s simply been about staying safe and keeping a sense of well-being with support.

Not everything is about chasing progress. At Heart Worx, we know that one-to-one support often matters most in the small, consistent ways it helps you feel grounded and able to face the day.

This is one-to-one support, built around your rhythms, your environment, and your needs. We’re here for the everyday things that keep you going - whether that’s company through hard moments, getting life admin sorted, or simply making space for rest and recovery.

Why Heart Worx Support Feels Different

  • We hire for people skills and presence, not just qualifications.
  • Our workers are matched thoughtfully with you - based on safety, shared ground, and staying power.
  • We understand psychosocial disability, neurodivergence, and mental health complexity.
  • Boundaries and reliability matter - you’ll know where you stand with us.
  • We train our staff in what we’ve learnt through lived experience - not just what the rulebook says - because real life needs more than policies.

That might look like getting groceries done together so you don’t avoid eating for days, or having someone text you before an appointment so you actually make it through the door. These everyday supports matter as much as the bigger goals.

Heart Worx was built from lived experience. We know the difference it makes to have consistent, safe company - someone who won’t rush you, judge you, or disappear after a few shifts. Too often, people get workers who just clock the hours without care. At Heart Worx, support is different - it’s about showing up with presence, reliability, and respect. Our direct support is grounded in real connection and consistency, not just time on a roster.

Ready When You Are

We’re not here to take over or push you. We’re here to stand alongside you - consistent and present - so you can choose what matters, set the pace that feels right, and know you don’t have to carry it all alone.
