  • Notes from shifts or coordination meetings

You can:

  • Access your information
  • Ask us to correct details
  • Decide what you share
  • Withdraw consent for sharing (unless safety/legal requires it)

Who we share with

  • Only with your consent, or
  • If required by law (e.g. serious safety concerns).

Keeping information safe

  • Secure digital storage and passwords
  • Locked cabinets for paper files
  • Only staff who need access can see it
