Support Worker in Training | Game Master

I'm pretty happy go lucky, but I take showing up and helping people seriously. I'm reliable, I care about doing a good job, and I enjoy getting to know people through the things they're interested in.

I've been a Game Master for years and have been running Heart Worx's D&D group since early 2025. I really enjoy the mix of storytelling, problem-solving and bringing people together around something they genuinely enjoy.

I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Computer Science and love coding, video games, anime and D&D. I'm also really interested in psychology and philosophy. I bring lived experience and a grounded understanding of mental health, including an awareness that people can communicate, cope and experience things very differently.

I'm currently building my experience as a Disability Support Worker. At this stage, my support work is focused on connection, shared interests and community-based support while I continue developing the broader practical skills that come with the role.

Running D&D has taught me that connection can be a useful starting point in itself. Having something in common, something to look forward to, or someone reliable to do it with can make it easier to join in, try something new, build confidence or spend more time doing things that matter to you.

Heart Worx matches me carefully to supports that suit my current experience and the person I'm supporting.
