Disability Support Worker

What we’re looking for

- Consistent and reliable support
- Comfort with boundaries, asking for help, and owning mistakes
- Willingness to learn trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice
What you need
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply)
- First Aid certificate (or willing to get it)
- Access to a safe, insured vehicle for transport shifts
Useful (not essential)
- Lived experience of disability, trauma, or mental health
- Interest in gaming, tech, art, nature, music, or hands-on activities
- Experience supporting people with social barriers
- Weekend availability
Pay
- Casual weekday rate from $43.31/hr (Level 2), up to $48.16/hr with qualifications/experience
- Penalties for weekends, public holidays, evenings
- Super on top + $0.99/km travel allowance
- Paid fairly and transparently under the SCHADS Award
