Office Coordinator / Director Support

Heart Worx is looking for someone practical, organised, and resourceful to support our Director, Riley, with the admin and office coordination that keeps things moving behind the scenes.

This role suits someone who notices what needs doing, follows things through properly, and is comfortable working in the background.

A lot of this role is the kind of work that gets missed when things are busy — paperwork, follow-up, organisation, prep — and making sure it actually gets finished properly.

What This Role Might Involve

  • Taking paperwork from meetings and getting it onto the system properly
  • Monitoring Riley’s inbox for admin-related items
  • Pulling out follow-up tasks and organising them clearly for action
  • Scanning, naming, filing, and organising documents properly
  • Printing and binding workbooks, folders, and resource packs
  • Keeping office supplies stocked
  • Helping keep the office running smoothly day to day

📍 Tamworth

📄 Part-time role with flexible hours — we’re open to shaping it around the right person

💰 Approx. $38–$41 per hour depending on experience (SCHADS Level 3)

This is a support role, not a decision-making role. It suits someone who can take initiative while still respecting clear boundaries.
