Trudi is known for her genuine, down to earth approach and the connections she builds with people. She brings both professional expertise and lived experience, ensuring those she supports feel heard, respected, and in control of their choices. Trudi has a special interest in disability support with co-occurring complex system navigation ie. housing complexities, substance struggles and incarnation transitions. She has a successful track record in staying on top of NDIS supports as well as the mainstream system navigation required to efficiently support participants.
Riley founded Heart Worx after spending six years working directly within the NDIS system. During this time, he witnessed firsthand the crucial nature of services genuinely collaborating with individuals, ensuring that individuals have control over how their supports are implemented. Riley is passionate about making sure you understand your rights within the NDIS system and have all the information needed to make well-informed decisions.
Having worked with thousands of people across various ages and diagnoses, Riley has a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with different diagnoses. This extensive experience allows him to expertly and efficiently tailor your supports to best meet your individual needs.

Jess has transitioned from running her independent support coordination business of three years to collaborating with Riley under a unified name. She brings a unique, lived experience perspective to her work, informed by her own psychosocial recovery journey and varied carer journey. Jess is passionate about supporting people facing mental health challenges, co-occurring substance use, and trauma-related conditions. She also has a strong interest and background in ASD and neurodiversity.
Her approach is rooted in genuine care and non-judgment, ensuring those she supports feel truly heard and valued. With broad experience across various diagnoses and barriers, Jess is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualised support to all.
